Iran Connect is a resource that provides information, contacts, and an insightful perspective to people wanting to work with or learn about Iran. It focuses on professional, educational, and cultural exchange between Iran and the world. Its two main components are the Iran Connect Network, and Iranipedia.

The Iran Connect Network is a social and professional networking site that will connect Iranians to one another, and to professionals around the world interested in working with Iran/ians. The network facilitates exchange between people interested in performing business, research, or study between Iran and countries such as the United States.

Iranipedia is a user-content generated, collaborative website (wiki) that can be used and edited by anyone. The intention of Iranipedia is to provide specific content on Iranian culture that is rich, concise, and generated from the grassroots.

Background: art, design, and architecture. lived and worked in Iran after graduating, doing international development work and art. Now a student at New York University’s Interactive Telecommunications Program.
